Before retraining as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I spent nearly twenty years at BBC Cymru Wales navigating deadlines, stories and the messy beauty of human lives from behind the scenes. Before that, I trained and worked as a theatre set & costume designer, building worlds from scratch and learning how space, form, colour & texture can inform how we humans feel. That’s the thread running through everything I’ve done - people, stories and transformation. I’ve been the one creating, supporting, producing and listening - and now I bring all of that experience into my work with you.
